By commissioning me you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully!1.Payment
All payments are processed through PayPal.
Currently, payment is required upfront before I start your artwork! May consider payment plans on a person to person basis for pricier adopts (50$+)2. Refunds and Cancellations
You are eligible for a full refund if you request to cancel your commission before the first work in progress pic is sent to you.
Once the WIP has been sent, refunds will no longer be issued. This is due to the time and effort already invested in your comm.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund regardless of the project stage.3. Turnaround Time
The estimated turnaround time for a commission is 1 week from the date payment is received and all necessary information has been sent!
This is an estimate, and actual turnaround may vary depending on the complexity of the commission or current workload. You will be notified asap if there are any delays!4. Revisions
Minor revisions are included during the WIP stage. Extensive revisions or changes requested after the initial sketch approval may lead to additional fees.
If the changes needed are due to my own error, there will be no fee.
Don’t be afraid to ask for changes! I am happy to do them if it means you are happy with your comm :)5. Usage Rights
I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, social media, and other promotional materials.
As the commissioner, you are granted personal use rights to the artwork. This means you may use it for personal profiles, non-commercial prints, and sharing with friends!
Commercial use of the artwork (e.g., for merchandise, advertising, or resale) is prohibited without asking permission and receiving it in writing. I’ll most likely agree if you just ask!6. Communication
All commission-related communication will take place via social media DMs, Telegram, or Discord!
